Rep John Tanner Can’t Be Serious
They keep producing more politicians that either have no sense what so ever or do not believe the public has any. The fine politician below posted on Hill.com’s Congress blog with this tripe. The man voted for H Con Res 114 in October 2002 and voted in favor of H Con Res 63 this year but wants to tell everyone how dedicated and committed he is to success in Afghanistan via efforts of NATO. How comforting and reassuring. If you really need any more information as to why this Congressman is wrong, then you are the intended target of his pathetic attempt to convey the idea that he supports anything related to combating terrorism.

NATO Trip Shows Dedication To Success In Afghanistan
I am proud to be leading the U.S. delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly meetings this week in Brussels. The purpose of our trip is to reaffirm the U.S. commitment to NATO’s efforts in Afghanistan, where all 26 NATO member countries are supporting the alliance’s efforts. We know al Qaeda is trying to re-form itself for a spring offensive in Afghanistan.
