The former first lady too made an appearance on Thursday’s “The Late Show” by David Letterman. Asked by talk-show host David Letterman if Bill Clinton could serve as her vice president should she be elected to the White House, Hillary acknowledged that he could not.
“Believe me,” she joked, “he looked into that.”
Clinton suggests ‘first laddie’ title

WASHINGTON, Sept. 6 (UPI) — Bill Clinton suggested during a TV appearance that, should his wife be elected president of the United States, he be referred to as the “first laddie.”
Sure she was joking around about looking into Bill being VP. A handy little reminder of the two for one special you get with Hillary Rodham Clinton. Since Bill gets credit for placing Hillary in the 2008 Presidential race, naturally his primary motive is to be pseudo-President if Hillary gets elected. What a combination that would be. One old nightmare combined with one new nightmare. You would think after all the complaining from Dems about President Bush they might want to avoid a pair that between them share Whitewater, Travel Gate, Chinagate, a sex scandal, impeachment proceedings, to name a few. And the American taxpayer just paid about a million dollars for legal fees on Hillary’s campaign violations from trade missions with the Commerce Dept. Plus there’s the Norman Hsu scandal and Hillary hiding her First Lady docs until after election.
That instills great confidence. Oh well, these news items offer another opportunity to use a great picture of First Lady Bill Clinton.
