Hillary Rodham Clinton’s Sex Change

HRC
Does anyone seriously believe that former President Bill Clinton would not have a great deal of influence in the Oval Office if wife Hillary Rodham Clinton was elected President? That likelihood and a few other items point to a sex change of sorts for Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Clinton Owes Lead in Poll To Support From Women

After viewing several reports on polls and Hillary Rodham Clinton and women voters it appears her support is somewhere in the vicinity of 50%. Even if you raise that to 60%, a reasonable question is why are the numbers not similar to those of Giuliani in New York and NJ? Without debating the accuracy or usefulness in polling data, the point here is one might expect HRC’s numbers among women to be off the charts if women would vote for her just because of her gender.

Race, gender and your vote
By Don Campbell
Should you support a candidate just because she is a woman? Or because he is black? From where I sit, the answer is clearly ‘yes.’

Gender and race have the delicious potential in 2008 to turn what otherwise could be a boring presidential election into a fascinating and possibly historic event.

So back to the question: Should people vote for Clinton because she’s a woman or Obama because he’s black? Of course they should.

And I should practice what I preach. Both Clinton and Obama are too liberal for an extreme moderate like me, so there has to be a reason that trumps ideology. In Clinton’s, I can see one.

I’m prepared to vote for her because I’d like for my daughters to see a woman president in my lifetime. Lord knows how long it will be before another female candidate rises to the top.

I’m sorry but Don Campbell’s column (above) suggests he is an idiot. Gender or race as the sole criteria for voting for a candidate is moronic. It should be a bonus for those with a preference, not the only or top consideration. The Office of President of the United States needs to be filled by someone your best information indicates is qualified for the job. A guy who wants to vote for a woman for President so his daughters can witness a woman President in their lifetimes is stupid for the previous reason and also he may be forgetting that his vote alone doesn’t get it done.

HRC started off her campaign early wanting to demonstrate she was as tough as her male competitors for the job. Then she wanted to be like an old Sears’ commercial and show her ’softer side’. Then she pushed the ‘Mom’ thing. HRC wants to be everything to everyone. And pundits claim that Bill is her strongest asset. What that means is she is running at least partly on what the left sees in Bill as positive. God knows they’re ignoring the negative. So the question of how much influence Bill would have in a Hillary White House and if he is her security blanket for worries about being a woman running for President returns the discussion to gender.

There might be some problems with that in Iowa.

Clinton faces gender issues in Iowa
October 11, 2007
Iowa is one of only two states, Mississippi is the other, that have never sent a woman to Congress or the governor’s mansion.

No women have been tested in Iowa’s presidential caucuses, any who campaigned here dropped out before the vote.

The point here is that HRC may need a sex change at least in Iowa that may come in the form of a subliminal suggestion that everything will be okay because Bill is by her side. Those with their thinking caps on will see Bill by her side as the single reason to oppose her election. And between them their collective history, that liberals demand we forget about, is the most bothersome part of any chance they re-enter the White House. And no commentary referencing the faults of President Bush make it an argument. Laura’s not running for President and neither is VP Dick Cheney or anyone related to the current President.

Are Americans ready for a woman president?
By Alfredo G. Rosario
In an article, Mark Halperin, ABC News political analyst and editor at large for Time Magazine, says that “Clinton’s gender doesn’t matter.”

“Men shopping for a Democratic presidential candidate are looking for someone tough, someone smart and someone who can get the White House back from the Republicans. Hillary Clinton right now looks the strongest on those fronts. The fact that she is a she does not seem to matter much for many men,” Halperin said.

Clinton has been aggressively courting the female vote in her current campaign, mobilizing several “women-oriented outreach programs.” She has started parallel efforts to woo the male vote.

Hillary Rodham Clinton is the Democratic party’s strongest man. She wants to run as a woman but has done everything she can to look like a man. Why else would she have to devote so much campaign energy to women? That part of the equation should have been a slam dunk from the beginning. Keeping Bill close is useful for keeping those who voted for him once or twice, or at least most of them. And the obvious liberal dream of Bill Clinton retuning to the White House for a third term has some influence on the polling data also.

I read some guy on a forum a few weeks ago that made almost the same case for voting for Hillary that it would be such a historical moment to have a woman for president. Dumb. Dumb. Dumb.
