Our comment to a post at Shakespeare’s Sister on Bush explaining the oil

Our comment:
You’ll get no argument outta me. A Whitehouse full of oil profits and the
President talks to the nation about oil. The Vice-President seals a closed-
door energy policy with friends which explains his need for an
undisclosed location. And not to forget Congress providing 12.5 billion in
tax credits (not deductions…credits) for big oil who hasn’t built a refinery
in 30 years and blames it on tree huggers. They seem to be able to get
what they want. So why not build more refineries rather than drill in
ANWR for more oil you cannot convert to gasoline?
I have to leave now before I explode.
