Angel:
I took the editorial liberty of moving your previous comment from the Dixie Chicks post to the Scott Brown post on high turnout. Your name/link appeared on MY last comment because the only way I could easily edit was with your name/link and then I forgot to return to my signature until now when I noticed the oops.

Go ahead, beat me up. Tell me I overstepped with such tyrannical editorial decisions. Come on. I can take it. :-)

I don\'t really view my little scenario as a conspiracy theory. But I thought a little, shall we say, tongue in cheek demeanor was fitting. My underlying theme here is as follows.

Some say current liberalism is vastly different from the philosophy\'s roots. 150 or 200 years ago, liberal was a reasonable set of principles. Again, some say it is quite similar to libertarian now. The problem is most countries in the world minus the theocracies subscribe to political notions like socialism. As Hannity often recites, from each according to their ability, to each according to their need. Which really is more like Marxism or communism. Point being, Russia, China, the EU and others seem to favor that brand of \'ism\'.

Obama, Dems, liberals and all who follow seem quite content with that. The growing swell of public outrage in America and a resurgence of conservative thought and principles is all that stands between us and a socialist world.

Those are the thoughts that gave rise to this post. I challenge any reader to present a rebuttal.

Thanks for stoppin\' in Maggie and the comment. God bless America and go Favre!! (don\'t want to get too serious, or maybe I do. :-)

Stanford, I don't think this is a conspiracy theory. I think it is fact. Russia and China are already in the deep doo-doo with Iran. They are not threatened. They do not care that we are threatened. In fact, it's a plan. We basically committed suicide when we allowed China and Russia onto the Security Council as permanent members. Now Iran has two rogue nations to watch their back.
