ThinkingWe can all rest easy now. Congress has passed the second public law this session. You may recall the first one renamed a park, check that, a National Recreation Area. It would appear that this is the Congressional fix for the Foley scandal from last year. Parents of the Pages can rest assured there will be no funny business going on like last time.

Some reports claim this problem was a couple of years old when the story broke in September 2006. As of February 2nd this bill became law. Does this somehow solve the problem?
