Democrats praising Democrats is the only praise being passed around. ‘Working to secure’ and ‘demanding a new direction in Iraq’ does not equal accomplishments. When you can show tangible results they will speak for themselves and you will not have to praise yourself for doing nothing. You have caused more damage than if you had not been there and yet you praise yourselves. You compound the problem again claiming to have accomplished anything by ‘passage of important legislation.’ When are you people going to admit that passing legislation solves nothing. Even if enacted into law, by itself, does absolutely nothing. Are you so clueless that you do not understand that?

Perhaps you could convince yourselves to have Rep Henry Waxman investigate Senator Dianne Feinstein for starters if you are so proud of your record on ethics reform.

Senate Democrats Address America’s Critical Priorities in First 100 Days

April 13, 2007 - Freshmen Democratic Senators joined on Thursday to praise Democratic accomplishments of the Senate’s first 100 days including working to secure the homeland and demanding a new direction in Iraq. Earlier in the day, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and Senators Chuck Schumer and Patrick Leahy also highlighted the passage of important legislation that implements tough ethics rules, raises the minimum wage, expands stem cell research, and funds children’s healthcare.
