Hey Perri,
'It has been described by some as fiction' was inserted to limit the number of libs who may comment on that. I haven't had a chance to check it out other than hearing what Hannity had to say about it.

On the election, a common occurence since I started voting (1972), the choices are less than ideal. When Nixon ran for re-election I voted for the other guy, McGovern.

In my defense, if you are under 30 and not a liberal you have no heart. If you are over 30 and not a conservative, you have no brain. I think that statement is credited to Winson Churchill.

Corsi's book is anything but fiction. He's got so many end-notes that have been vetted by his publisher's lawyers that I am not likely to believe the charges of inacurracies. Simply because Mr. Corsi was associated with the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth shouldn't discredit his work either. People have claimed that their work was discredited, but that simply isn't the case.

It seems that a lot of people attack the messenger when their veracity is questioned before finally capitulating and admitting their own lies. Barack Obama's recent attitude regarding the "infanticide" issue is evidence of this. Jerome Corsi isn't doing this. Instead he's pointing to the documentation that sits behind his claims.

Barack Obama is vulnerable, but so is John McCain. I wish he'd quit doing so many stupid things to alienate his own base in an effort to win votes from the left. As long as his opponent has a "D" after his name and he has an "R" after his name, the left isn't going to vote for him in a national election.
