Dropping the Ball on Voter Fraud?
This is another article in a series of them published during this week and last. The one interesting part of this article is that the title conjures images of political intrigue, if there is such a thing. The genesis is later pointed out that last October President Bush told Gonzales that he received complaints about some prosecutors that were not ‘energetically’ pursuing voter fraud investigations. I don’t know about firing but certainly some form of reprimand seeems justified.
Wouldn’t you want a US Attorney to vigorously investigate or prosecute a voter fraud case? I certainly would. It is even funny that Bush would advocate tough investigations on voter fraud since the left has accused him of it ever since his first victory. Hmm, and President Bush may have had attorneys fired for cause? Hmmm, and the attorneys and the Dems are objecting. Hmmm.

Firings Had Genesis in White House
March 13, 2007
The White House suggested two years ago that the Justice Department fire all 93 U.S. attorneys, a proposal that eventually resulted in the dismissals of eight prosecutors last year, according to e-mails and internal documents that the administration will provide to Congress today.

That’s the core of their strategy: call the other guys Nazis and election stealers–all the while pulling Nazi stunts to shut-up their critics and stealing elections left and right. With the news media totally ideologically prepared to lie and cheat for their shared utopian vision, never more than 5% of the population will EVER get wise to their routine of deceit. Some vision for America!
Great blog.

What about when President Clinton fired all 93 of those US Attorneys who had worked under President Bush (41).
They serve at the pleasure of the President, and this hysteria is the scandal.

I can’t decide if the remaining 95% is due to apathy or atrophy. I’m hoping apathy cuz that can be fixed.
