Conspiracy would be a pleasing charge. Both employer and 'employess' conspired to violate all sorts of laws. Another reason to oppose CAFTA, NAFTA and all the other bogus free trade agreements as well as the North American Union, etc.,etc.,etc I'm for free trade and markets but not the type of crap that is being arranged these days.
