One of Obama's chief geeks or nerds (apologies to geeks and nerds) is John P Holdren. One of the opposing voices to things Holdren is Bjorn Lomborg. Like many other Obama selections he (Holdren) has an impressive curriculum vitae. Lomborg also has an extensive resume'. He wrote a bestseller which has been vigorously challenged by others.

Bottom line is impressive credentials are fine. But that says nothing on how those tools are used. After only a short time reading about the two above I am not convinced of anything. Except that Obama would not pick anyone who did not share his agenda. Therefore I suspect Holdren more than Lomborg.

You may find the nemes presented here useful in your own searches and reading on issues related to the environment.

I believe people would feel more positive about reducing emissions from autos if the global warming extremists were not shoving their folly down our throats.

We can all understand that autos have a big carbon footprint. The problem is: we now have the term "carbon footprint" in our vernacular, and it is infuriating.
