Richardson Makes His Bid Official, in Spanish
With the vast and rising opposition to the lax security stance of liberals on illegal immigration, Bill Richardson, in not so subtle fashion, advertised his support for amnesty. Under other circumstances, like a universal acceptance of the need for immigration control and the absence of millions of illegals from south of the border, this may have been viewed as a simple celebration of cultural heritage. But the reality is that Richardson will not support the rule of law. And he will rub your nose in it if given the chance.
With ties to the Clinton Administration as ambassador to the UN and Secretary of Energy, it is just another way to give Bill Clinton access to the White House. It is also mentioned he worked as a trade consultant. Coupled with other parts of his resume it only serves to indicate he should not be in the White House. A President’s first obligation is to do what is best for the United States, not find ways to weaken it with questionable policies.
