Saturday Opinion Survey (SOS)
Below is a distilled list of issues or priorities that the Democrats and Republicans have posted as a short list of objectives. It is called “distilled” because the general nature of published information from politicians is not user friendly. The original source of this information is from the websites of the Speaker (Dems) and Minority Leader (GOP). It works out to exactly ten items. We removed the distractions like party posturing, partisan insults and the like. For instance, we removed the items titled ‘new direction’ and ‘innovation agenda’ from the Dems and went to the Minority Leaders for the GOP items because the GOP confernece thru a lot of crap in the way also.
We would like readers to select the top three from this list and enter them in order of importance in the comments for this post. If that is too much trouble on a Saturday, just comment however you want.
