					<description>I know two Vietnamese women who are citizens. Neither can obtain entry for any family members other than their parents (spouses not an issue as they are also Vietnamese and citizens). I wonder what gives with this.

Faultline (quite sometime ago) mentioned a Senator or Congressman who was sponsoring a bill to NOT allow the nuclear family - only spouse and children and parents (no siblings).

Those &quot;two&quot; you mentioned above, thinking about coming up - they're already here with all their cousins.
