Wake Up America and Right Voices are on the same wavelength today. Can’t determine if this was by coincidence but it doesn’t matter because both posts are well done. The Democrats eating each other and unlikely temporary allies being produced by all the confusion and pandemonium. Expect more meltdowns in the political sphere in coming days. This post is another worth some quality time to digest. And Madam Speaker is gaining nicknames by the day. A personal favorite was Air Pelosi. But General Pelosi works. We should have a contest for the best Pelosi nickname. Next.
Blue Star Chronicles does not disappoint with a pork related post. Not the kind of pork story usually associated with public affairs or politics. But a necessary read on current events it is. The first comment on the post was so inviting I had to leave a comment of my own to that particular reader. Make time to check this out if you haven’t done so already.
Now on to the trackback from Woman Honor Thyself. To make this one easy here is the comment I left.
Outstanding! I will echo some of the sentiment here already to say that those who criticize the military have absolutely no idea what dedication and singleness of purpose are. Not to mention patriotism and discipline. Thanks Angel. Thank you SFC Timothy Faust, God knows you deserve it.

And last but certainly not least is the trackback from the Mad Pidgeon. This post hold special interest to me in that my posts here often describe my dislike for party politics and being either left or right. I approach things from the middle as best I can. Some call it an independent political philosophy as opposed to Democrat or Republican, but I just view it as a reasonable approach since there is no political party associated with it. Except for the fact that many talk radio people refer to independents as closet liberals, like I have heard Rush say many times, that is a secondary appeal. I find the established party politics and wisdom, if you will, betrays the disciple from time to time. Not unlike organized religion. So the Mad Pidgeon’s take on diplomatic talks is a good read for me. It gives some credence to what I believe. Sometimes you have to have a conversation. That does not mean you are abandoning your principles.
Sorry Florida Masochist, I’m too tired and have too much to do yet tonight to review the other stories right now. don’t be offended, these two posts are too long anyhow. Good night all and thanks for tracking back openly.
